Sea 'N Starz has four carpeted bedrooms with  two master suites, three and a half baths, two living rooms and four decks. A screened porch off the living room is great
for those late evening dinners. Two decks have wonderful views of the Gulf, and two look out to Gulf Beach Dr. with bay and sunset views. All the bedrooms
and living areas have French doors opening onto spacious decks.The first floor master suite has a king bed, and a bath suite with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share an oversized bathroom, which is special needs friendly having a walk-in shower with no sill. A kid's oriented bedroom is furnished with two sets of built-in bunk beds with TV/DVD player. The other bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king bed, TV/DVD player. A generous utility room has full sized, heavy-duty washer and dryer, a bar fridge, and coffee maker. The second floor is open and airy, with master suite, living room, dining room, kitchen and powder room. The second master suite also includes king bed, and a bath suite with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. The dining and large living areas include a fireplace, flat-screen TV/DVD player, and French doors opening onto the deck and screened porch. The well-appointed kitchen has a double sink and bar sink with a window pass thru from the kitchen counter to the back porch for those relaxing sunset cocktails. Kitchen amenities include a glass cook-top, wall oven and microwave, beautiful cabinets, with drawers under the counter making easy access to cookware. A generous complement of small appliances, cookware, and kitchen linens is provided. The kitchen has a full size pantry. For those special PET guests
the pantry is supplied with various sized water and food bowls.
Large dogs have a raised feeding station for their comfort.The parking area under the house has a fish prep sink/counter, outdoor shower with hot/cold water, and an enclosed storage area for our guests, ideal for keeping bikes.
